Circuit Diagram

No circuits are the same. Circuits are multiple exercises constructed into one session of about an hour’s length so that all the body and muscle groups are hit without feeling over worked. Everyone can do circuits because they are individually designed to cover all fitness levels. Progressively they lead to a high level of endurance and strength. Circuits are particularly useful when trying to lose weight and tone up. Circuits are always used in conjunction with other services.
