Weights

Weights have been used for centuries in muscle building. They are used either to gain body mass and muscles or just to tone up. Heavy weights are used in weightlifting and as a progression of building muscles whereas smaller lighter weights are used in toning and defining muscles in the arms and legs. They are used as a part of circuit training to create strength, fitness and weight loss.
